N +T Holistic Childbirth Classes

This is a dynamic and interactive holistic childbirth class for expectant parents and their support people. Utilizing an evidence based curriculum, expectant parents and their support partners will learn about different childbirth topics.

This class will be beneficial to expectant parents and their support people as they will be equipped with the knowledge they need to have a low intervention birth, make informed decisions that meet their unique preferences, learn how to advocate for themselves in any birth setting, be more informed about the childbirth process, and help them feel confident and prepared for their upcoming births.
