"Edoukou is a great teacher and knows everything about childbirth! Prior to the class I was nervous about childbirth and knew very little about what to expect such as the early stages of labor and active labor. She explained everything I needed to know even describing what I would feel during contractions. She was able to answer all my questions. During the second class, she taught my husband and I different exercises to perform to help with labor. She also taught him different techniques to keep me calm and be my support person during labor. I feel prepared for childbirth. We had a great experience and I will recommend her to anyone!"

"This was a great class! I feel much more prepared as a support partner, and I learned a lot. It was great hearing other couples' perspectives on birth as well."

"Edoukou and Ari are fantastic teachers, and we left each class with so much knowledge and a feeling of preparedness. They made the content easy to understand, utilized lots of different learning styles, and made us feel very comfortable. I already plan on recommending the class to a friend who is due in October!"

"10/10 experience with Edoukou and Ari! They really are the best. They are both so incredibly knowledgeable and both my partner and I feel so much more prepared for when it comes time for my birthing experience. I know there's no predicting how every birthing experience will go.. but just having been apart of this class has given me a newfound sense of confidence that I know will go a long way. We covered SO much; from the physiological aspects of birth and what is happening in your body, to stages of labor, interventions we may be met with and going over options..to postpartum and so much more. I wish I could see them every week leading up to my birth lol. Thank you Edoukou and Ari for being so kind, amazing, and just a safe space for us to learn, we cannot thank you enough!"
